Diversity and Inclusion has become such an important Business issue and there is an increasing need to push the boundaries and create best practice so much so that DIB were asked to form and chair a Diversity forum which now meets quarterly. Founder member Companies include Adecco, Amey, BT Global Services, Coors, Npower, Yahoo, and the objectives of the forum are as follows:

To meet like minded individuals and organisations who wish to share learning in a positive and trusting environment

To exchange experiences of implementing diversity strategies into member organisations

To share techniques for overcoming the traditional barriers and securing engagement within key populations

To benchmark key data and techniques for reporting and benchmarking both internally and externally

To develop an informed network which begins to lead rather than follow the existing Diversity agenda and develops into a credible opinion former and commentator

To undertake/commission leading edge research and benchmarking activity which adds genuine value
